yeah i saw that article too, and i've got my fingers crossed that somehow asylum will fight the lawsuit and win. it really looks like a good movie. i've still got my pre-order from amazon and they haven't notified me that it won't ship so we'll see. Sad

fantastic news! i just heard from amazon today saying they have shipped the movie so i guess everything turned out okay with asylum vs fox & asylum won or should i say judd's fans won! Very Happy
